Kids Muay Thai Program (Ages 5-12)
Our Kids Muay Thai Program has been developed to teach students the foundations of all levels of Muay Thai in a fun and safe environment. We focus equally on developing our kids both mentally and physically not just for Muay Thai, but for everyday life. We provide our kids with the tools they need to feel confident about themselves, to respect others, to not resort to peer pressures, to handle difficult situations without violence and conflict. Our kids will have the opportunity to work through our development program to achieve rankings through hard work, effort and commitment. We are committed to the long term development of our kids, not just inside the gym but within our community.
Adult Muay Thai Program (Ages 13+)
Whether you’re looking for a new and exciting workout to break through that plateau, learn self defense skills, or to further your development in Muay Thai to reach a competitive level, our Adult Muay Thai Program has it all. Our program teaches students the foundations of all levels of Muay Thai while incorporating cardio, strength training, and conditioning drills. Pad work, bag work, footwork, partner drills, and shadow boxing are just some of the tools we use in our development process. Adults will have the opportunity to work through our development program to achieve rankings through hard work, effort and commitment. We are committed to the long term development of our students, not just inside the gym but within our community.
Advanced Muay Thai
For those looking for an avenue to compete, look no further. Advanced Muay Thai is strictly for those interested in competing. Please speak with a member of our coaching staff for more information about the requirements for this class.
Ladies Kickboxing Bootcamp
Ladies this class is designed just for you. In this Ladies Kickboxing Bootcamp our coaches will walk you through the proper techniques of our kickboxing strikes, focus pads, and exercises before turning up the pace and challenging your inner beast!!! Self Defense, cardio, interval training, conditioning, circuits all designed to push past what you thought possible. Fun, energetic, motivating and for all fitness and skill levels.

Chris is available for one on one personal training sessions, fitness program development, nutrition and meal planning by request.
